Licensing
PROMODAG Reports is licensed for one organization. The licensing is based on the number of Exchange servers being analyzed and the number of administrative workstations (clients) that are being used for producing reports.
So for example, if you want to analyze 10 Exchange servers and there are 2 administrators who want to use PROMODAG Reports on their workstation, you will need a 10 server licenses and a 2 client licenses.
 
PROMODAG Reports for Microsoft Exchange Server comes in 3 editions
Standard Edition
The Standard Edition includes a combined 1 server/1 client license.  Exchange data is stored in an Access database on the administrative workstation that is used for reporting.  Reports on Connectors and Replication are not included.  It is the entry level version of the product for organizations with one Microsoft Exchange server.
Professional Edition
The Professional Edition can be licensed for multiple servers and multiple reporting workstations.  Exchange data is stored in an Access database on the workstation(s) that are used for reporting.  All the available reports are included.
Enterprise Edition
The Enterprise Edition can be licensed for multiple servers and multiple reporting workstations.  Exchange data can be stored in an Access database on the workstation(s) that are used for reporting or in an SQL database on a Microsoft SQL server.  All the available reports are included.
For organizations with more than 10 servers, we recommend using the Enterprise edition and an SQL database, since the size of an Access database is limited to 2 Gb of data.
If your organization only has one server and you will only be preparing reports on one administrative workstation, then the Standard Edition is the most economic choice.

From the Promodag Reports Help menu, Select Registration
In the Version type: drop down list, select the appropriate version.
