How to order PROMODAG Reports

Define your requirements and request a price quote

	Define the number of Exchange servers you want to analyse and the number of workstations you will run reports from.
	Select which edition suits your Exchange Organization.
	Request a PERSONALIZED QUOTE

Place your order

	Complete your purchase order using the information provided in your price quotation. Fax or E-mail your order to Mercury Systems.
	Please include the exact name of your Exchange organization when ordering as it is required to generate your license file.
	As soon as we receive your order, we will email you a confirmation and send you an invoice.

Delivery

	Payment is due upon placing the order.
	Once we receive payment, we will email you the software license with the license file.
	The evaluation version downloaded from the website becomes fully licensed once you install your license file.

Note Be sure to include the name of your Exchange organization when ordering as it is required to generate your license file.

Registration Information

In order to generate the license file, the exact name of you Exchange organisation is required
	If you have PROMODAG Reports installed:
	Select License from the Help menu.
	Your Organisation name will be displayed on the license screen.
	The evaluation version downloaded from the website becomes fully licensed once you install your license file.

Installing the license file
	Copy the license file to the desktop
	Select License from the Help menu.
	Check that the organization name that appears, is the same as the one on your license.
	Choose the Edition type, that appears on your license.
	Select the servers that you want to license.
	Click the License file button. Navigate to the desktop and select the license file. Click OK to close the License screen.
