The available reports are grouped into categories. Each report has configuration tabs to set the specific requirements for the report. The time period, data selection, traffic type selection and the output format. There is also a Favorites menu where you can save frequently used report configurations. The Favorites menu comes with many useful reports already configured.

All reports can be exported in HTML, RTF, XLS and PDF formats. Reports can be saved to disk, sent by E-Mail or posted to an Exchange public folder.

Frequently used report configurations can be saved. Saved reports can then be easily automated and scheduled to run at specific times. You can schedule a report to run at the beginning of each month that will E-Mail last month's messaging traffic to your manager.
