2003 SP2, Vista SP2 (32 and 64 bits), 2008 SP2 (32
and 64 bits), Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2. |

Microsoft Outlook
2000, XP SP1, 2003, 2007 in order to install MAPI. |
|
|
A valid MAPI profile to
connect to your Microsoft Exchange Server. |
|
With Outlook 2007 make sure that you choose MAPI
option during installation
Outlook XP without SP1 is not supported due to a
bug in it that prevents some reports from working. |

Microsoft Exchange Server requirements |

Exchange server 4.0, 5.x,
2000, 2003, 2007. |
|
|
There is no software to install on the Exchange
Server. |
|
|
Install PROMODAG Reports on the Administrative workstation(s) that will be
used to prepare the reports. However, message
tracking must be enabled on your Exchange Servers. |
Note
The ability to archive Internet messages is not a standard
feature in Exchange 200x, therefore the related functions in
PROMODAG Reports, such as the import of Internet archives,
are not supported. |

If you are using the
Enterprise edition of PROMODAG Reports with an SQL database, you will need
Microsoft SQL Server 2000 with SP3 or SP4 or SQL Server 2005
or 2008.
