Support Plan
The PROMODAG Reports license includes a one year maintenance plan, renewable every year. One month prior to your license expiration date, we will send you a renewal quote.

The plan entitles you to free e-mail and telephone technical support.  You also receive free updates and upgrades to new versions of PROMODAG Reports.  You won't have to make a new purchase when a new version is released.

The price for a 12 month subscription to the support/maintenance plan is included in the personalized price quotation.

Outlook Security
Outlook Security feature prevent access to the address book needed by PROMODAG Reports.

Outlook 2007
CDO 1.2.1 will no longer be provided as a part of the install of Outlook 2007 and later versions. As a result, there is functionality missing that many applications depend upon. CDO 1.2.1 is a package providing access to Outlook-compatible objects through a COM-based API.

Promodag version 7 or earlier needs CDO in order to run content reports. You can download it from the Microsoft site: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=2714320d-c997-4de1-986f-24f081725d36&displaylang=en
